About Us
iCollect Labs & Courier service was created with the busy medical facility in mind. When time is of the essence, we want to step in for those time sensitive deliveries. With extended and weekend hours we’re available to accommodate those not so traditional business hours of some medical facilities. While keeping everyone in mind, our services are available to temporary patients and permanent residence too.
From specimen needing to be delivered on a Saturday or a resident needing their medication on a Monday, we’re here to collect!
All drivers are background checked, valid drivers license with clean driving records, reliable and want to help.

FAQ
What area do you all service?
Palestine, Tyler, Jacksonville, Frankston, Elkhart, and the smaller towns that surround these areas.
What are your fees?
Anything within Palestine's loop 256 is a $10 fee.
NOTE: We have also included the distance to where Westwood high school is and to where Northside elementary is.
Anything outside of Palestines loop 256 (excluding the areas mentioned above) is a $12 fee with a .50 per mile AFTER 5 miles.
Anything outside of Palestine is a $25 fee.
NOTE: Additional mileage fees may apply if you’re located on the outskirts of one of the areas we service.
Same day/squeeze in appointment fee: $8
After hours fee: $15

Who do you service?
iCollect Labs & Courier service offer services to not only medical facilities, but we also offer courier/delivery service to retirement homes, home health care agency clients, residence at assisted living facilities, and those who live alone and just need some assistance with collecting daily necessities.

M-F 7am-7pm
Sat. 9:30am-2pm
Sunday appointment MUST be made at least 3 days prior. No same day.
We operate by appointment. If you’re needing service same day please feel free to call during business hours and check availability.

We accept all major credit cards and debit card. No cash will be handled, due to the safety of our drivers.
